My gas fireplace stopped working so we called Rudy’s for help. Everyone was very kind, helpful, and professional at every interaction. They were able to schedule a technician to come out within 48 hours. Daniel arrived on time and worked diligently to diagnose the problem and double check everything to make sure no issues were missed. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to talk through the issue and how he fixed it with us. He also cleaned the fireplace and made it look brand new. I would absolutely call Rudy’s again, thank you!!

Rudys was very helpful in figuring out a new heating system to replace my old one. Travis was very patient and gave me several options to help me find what was best for my home. They did everything they said they would do and now I have heat. Super grateful y’all:)

We had Travis stop by to check out the fireplace and mentioned the wall heater was out as well. He offered to take a look at it and fixed it on the spot outta the goodness of his heart !! Totally made my day. Thanks so much!
