My heater's igniter broke, they tried to see me as soon as possible even though they were booked, they came the same day. They replaced my igniter so i didn't have to go buy/ order one and it was a fair price ??

Excellent customer service. Everyone there does a great job. Needed a new furnace and they gave us a fair quote, did the work promptly and we're very happy with them. They are our 'go to' place.

So far Doug Nixon plumbing has been great for me. Installed new furnace and added A/C. They repaired a main water valve encasement that was broken by a snow plow. They repaired it quickly and looks better than maybe when the city installed it the first time or the builder that built the home. For me what I have paid for the new furnace and A/C was fair. I do come from the Bay Area so?
