We used Nixon’s Heating and Air Conditioning for installing a new bathroom toilet and for replacing the 30 year old gas forced air heater in our home. Morning New Year’s Eve my heater stopped working. Called Nixon Heating spoke to Wendy she is very nice and helpful, explained my heater stopped working and it’s my only source of heat. She told me she will fit me in the schedule.
Javier technician came out and fixed the problem, he was courteous and respectful and explained everything he was doing, not to mention the price was very reasonable.
A couple of years ago, Nixon repaired our air duct system which had loosened and fallen apart in areas, allowing some mice and other pests inside the house. Doug saved us much expense by not insisting (as almost all others we contacted did) that we rebuild the whole system. This year, I asked for an inspection to make sure the system was not in need of repairs and they had done such a good job that their rep Gabe could not find a single air duct-related entry point for mice or other pests. And he looked everywhere!
