A couple of years ago, Nixon repaired our air duct system which had loosened and fallen apart in areas, allowing some mice and other pests inside the house. Doug saved us much expense by not insisting (as almost all others we contacted did) that we rebuild the whole system. This year, I asked for an inspection to make sure the system was not in need of repairs and they had done such a good job that their rep Gabe could not find a single air duct-related entry point for mice or other pests. And he looked everywhere! In sum, they did a great job last time and they know what customers need - a thorough inspection! I'll be having them back again and again in years to come to check and maintain the system. Our wall heater went out in our rental in So Lake and Nixon's came out quickly to diagnose. Needed a new unit as the one we had was older and could not be fixed. The turnaround for the work was quick and I could not be happier. Doug and Wendy were great and very helpful in getting everything scheduled and done. The best in the Lake area and I would highly recommend!
