This person canceled on me the day I needed service. It was scheduled at least 2 weeks in advance and I was counting on them. I reached out to confirm a few days in advance and they respnded that our cleaning was 'on the calendar'. Very unprofessional to cancel day-of. Sad too because the first service they provided was good. Won't use again.
