Second visit while we vacation in the fall, Nov 22' & 23'. Halie does amazing facials. So happy to have service with her on both visits. Very relaxing, great massage included. Will be back.
The experience at Biospirit is seamless & thoughtfully curated to meet you where you are - I worked with Kebbra on deep tissue massages a handful of times over the last few visits to Tahoe, and am frankly spoiled rotten now - she’s got a deep PT knowledge of bodywork & is incredible at monitoring injuries as the massage goes.
The PERFECT massage x2! My wife and I had a couples massage from Kristen and Lauren. We’ve experienced great massages in spas and on cruise ships around the world, but for me this was the BEST massage I’ve ever had.Lauren knew exactly how to address, my areas of tension to relieve my constant low back pain. She masterfully felt and worked each issue until it released—and it never felt painful or too much. It was exactly what I needed.For my wife’s massage Kristen used perfect, consistent pressure to identify areas that needed attention and knew exactly how to address each one. Phenomenal!
