Worst patient care ever! The doctors are great! The front desk however, are so quick to turn you away and have you deal with your appointment problems yourself! I’ve been trying to get in for the past 4 months and they turned me away and told me it was canceled. They are not sympathetic or caring for the nature of their position. The whole time I was there Alejandra was saying in Spanish how she’s didn’t want to be there. She wanted to go home! Unprofessional and inappropriate! Both ENT and this place are a clown show of the highest order. Better to go somewhere else outside the basin where you can be treated as a patient rather than a nuisance. (Curious how you can't see other people's reviews on ENT.)

The absolute worst! Dr. Nathan Singh (if he's still there) is an absolute POS. While approving my disability he basically said " He didn't have to do it and he's doing me a favor." I had Jason S Crowley check my nose for a lesion I was worried about. Jason wouldn't even give me a dermatologist referral I had to go all the way to the director of Barton to get my dermatologist referral and before you know I was diagnosed with basal cell carcinoma and had surgery to reconstruct part of my nose.
