April was very helpful on the phone and very nice. I needed a service and repair on my snow blower. She had it picked up the next day from my house went over everything that I was concerned about told me the cost . Next day called me on the oil leak I and the extra cost to repair it. She called me again that day to say it was done and work with me to get it back to me the same day . Thank you alpine smith customer service was 10 star.
Only giving a five star in the event that I might be able to actually speak with ANYBODY about spending 3-4K on a new Honda snowblower. Been trying for 2 months. I'm going to give them one more chance and then edit my review tomorrow.
I delivered my Honda snowblower with my wind chimes wrapped around the auger and a broken shear pin to the Alpine Smith. Jenny unloaded it with Laura checking it into the service department with me knowing they will get to it soon. That afternoon, Tyler the lead mechanic called me to explain what he found and how he was going to fix it. The next day Laura said my snowblower was good as new an it's ready to go home. This professional experience was very similar to my rotator cuff surgery at Barton, a pleasant admission, a call from the surgeon with the diagnosis, and went home the next day . . . amazing!
