Only giving a five star in the event that I might be able to actually speak with ANYBODY about spending 3-4K on a new Honda snowblower. Been trying for 2 months. I'm going to give them one more chance and then edit my review tomorrow.
I delivered my Honda snowblower with my wind chimes wrapped around the auger and a broken shear pin to the Alpine Smith. Jenny unloaded it with Laura checking it into the service department with me knowing they will get to it soon. That afternoon, Tyler the lead mechanic called me to explain what he found and how he was going to fix it. The next day Laura said my snowblower was good as new an it's ready to go home. This professional experience was very similar to my rotator cuff surgery at Barton, a pleasant admission, a call from the surgeon with the diagnosis, and went home the next day . . . amazing!
Alpine Smith Snow removal have been amazing this year. They remove snow for my 88 year old mother's house and our house. They have given us peace of mind when the storms kept coming. We know that she will not be snow bound.Their driver's take pride in their work. Thank you!
