I had an outstanding experience with 911 Restoration. I had a water leak in my condo while I away on a trip, which ended up flooding my entire place. After getting the run-around from another company for months on the water and mold mitigation work, I was recommended 911 Restoration by another professional, and they came out right away. We had a huge water leak and after calling Mutiple companies we decided on 911 restoration. They were so knowledgeable and asked so many questions we knew they were interested in finding out the problem. They said they had a crew 40 miles away and told me to give them 45 minutes to get there, now obviously i was reluctant with the stress dealing with this issue the project manager was so polite, and professional made me feel better about the whole ordeal. We had a slow water leak in the attic above our unit. Once we discovered the mold in the closet and fixed the leak, 911 Restoration was contacted by our maintenance staff and came out the next day. They were responsive and able to remediate the area within the week. They tarped off the area and kept the unit clean. We will call them again if we ever need their services in the future.
