The workers who work in the aisles of the store and help you with merchandise are really sweet and helpful. However, the girls who work at the checkout have bad attitudes. I had a weird experience here where it seems like the checkout girl almost like didn’t want me to make a purchase. It was the most difficult weirdest thing I’ve ever experienced. It seems like they don’t know how the online ordering process works or how to communicate with customers, and it was just a very offputting vibe from not only one checkout associate, but another one as well they just seem irritated.

The only ulta that had my shade in Mac powder and the only ulta that has ever had an employee approach me to see if I needed help. I had been to a total of 5 ultas around my area and not one ulta had an employee that offered me help.

Giselle was VERY helpful during my visit! Her recommendations and advice helped me find my now go-to products. She was super nice and helped me go in and out knowing I was in a rush too! Definitely coming back!!
