I've gone to this place a couple times & Tracy has done my nails. They've come out perfect & the experience was great! However today, I just went in for a pedicure & im not sure of the lady who did my nails today. She did a decent job I suppose. Although I have a couple complaints. She dropped one of the tools on the floor & PROCEEDED TO USE IT ON ME. Didn't clean it or anything. Thankfully it was a tool to touch my skin. It was a dotter. But she didn't clean it at all after it being on the floor. Maybe I'm just being picky. And then, I noticed after she was finished & started putting stuff away, she didn't clean any of the tools. She just put them back in her container....read full review
