Run, don't walk, to Carmen for all of your balloon needs!! I was looking for a last-minute garland to spice up my mom's installation as president of the Downey Chamber of Commerce. Carmen's design exceeded my expectations! It was so easy to work with her - I told her my vision and colors, and she was able to make it happen in no time. I highly recommend her. I'll be contacting her again for future projects :)

This is my second time working with her and she is just amazing. She over exceeded my expectations. Thank you for my birthday and graduation bouquet they came out prefect. The bonus was you had your son help deliver to my house definitely grateful???
