South Gate Dog - Cat Hospital is a veterinary clinic that offers a range of services, including walk-in appointments, from Monday to Saturday. While the clinic is known for its skilled doctors, some customers have experienced organizational and communication challenges. The staff can be busy, and it's recommended to arrive early to avoid long wait times. The clinic's services are considered pricey, but customers understand the cost of caring for their furry friends. Some customers have reported difficulty getting information from the veterinary assistants, who at times are unable to answer specific questions about procedures or aftercare. However, other customers have had pleasant experiences, praising the friendly staff and affordable prices, especially for out-of-pocket payments. Overall, South Gate Dog - Cat Hospital provides veterinary care, though improvements in organization and communication could enhance the customer experience.
Absolutely love the service they provide here at the hospital. Whenever I come here they always explain Everything clearly and professionally. Even when I have questions about certain things they’re always happy to clarify anything I don’t understand
We’ve been coming here for a little under a year and I can honestly say the staff is so kind and they are very helpful. I feel comfortable knowing I’m leaving them in good hands.
Came in for an emergency after my dog hurt himself, I was seen right away, was explained the steps of being a new patient, how to fill out the forms, and explanation of my vet bill with such care, kindness, and patience despite me being a huge mess worrying over my dog. Would recommend to others.
