I have been coming here for years and have not had any bad experiences here. I love the service here it truly feels like no other. I especially enjoy the way everyone working here is friendly not only with and to the pets but also with the pet parents. Answers all my questions and concerns will always recommend.
Good Service. Everyone is so kind and welcoming. I have been coming for quite some time, and everyone is so lovely. Lovely workers, honestly. They have so much passion to help the sick pets. The techs and receptionists are so nice. As well as the Doctor ! 😊
Although it may seem sketchy on the outside. That's more due to it being LA and to keep staff safe. You have to check in at a gated window outside and wait to be called it. I went after lunch so I didn't wait long at all. The vet and staff was kind and somewhat knowledgeable. I say somewhat for the staff because they may be students in training but they are kind and it's a clean but outdated hospital. Possibly due to finding. Costs are average. Not too bad but lab tests and shots costs a hefty penny no matter where you go. I like that they give you a breakdown of what everything costs before you agree to the treatment.
