Absolutely the best experience ever, Luis came out to me home was very professional and explained everything to me very well. As soon as I have them a date I was contacted by the office, I got an explanation of the process and everything was so clear. Everyone I dealt with was very professional. I had some termite droppings in my garage and the connecting patio wall. LCS came out and did their service. Later on some more droppings appeared same wall but further down. LCS came out, no questions asked and honored their warranty. I haven't had termites issues since. They did a great job. What makes this company exceptional in my opinion are the people. They are honest, fair, and professional, good people. I strongly recommend LCS.
I've used LCS as my go to termite executioner for about 20 years. Their service has always been excellent and they will work with you as much as possible. Amelia is friendly and helpful in scheduling. She also can usually answer many of your FAQs and if she doesn't have a ready answer, she'll find out for you ASAP.
