Now that Mrs. Graciela is not there, others are in charge, I showed her the haircut I wanted, I even mentioned that she should remove my damaged hair and she only gave me a supposedly deformed and capable but she really did nothing, she left my hair damaged and a cut that I did not ask for plus I had to pay $35 dollars for bad service

I am never coming here again , this place is really bad and I’m not going to lie I came here 3 times 1.wanted to go from black hair to ombré or a silvery blonde and she didn’t know what color so she bleached my hair and left it like that without adding any color 2. I asked for curtain bangs and she grabbed a huge chunk of my front bangs and cut a HUGE portion of hair and I had bangs literally up to my forehead 3.she changes prices every now and then so you have to be careful a perm is suppose to be $75 and she changed it to $120 like are you kinda and I been paying $75 for 3 years already , why all of a sudden does she wanna change prices DONT COME HERE , also I witnessed today a customer calling on the phone and she didn’t understand since the girl spoke English she immediately gave up and hung up on the girlServices: Haircut

I asked for my hair to be cut straight. I left home with my hair what appeared to be straight but my hair was cut in different lengths. I returned a week later to inform them and request a trim. At first I was told they didnt remember nor recognized me making a statement I must of cut my hair elsewhere. After I refreshed their memory, pointed out the obvious length difference they agreed to trim the front part. During all the years I have cut me hair I have never paid as much as $25 for a "straight" hair cut and be left with different lengths. This was my first time utilizing their services. Never again.

The most reputable salon in my area. It was a nice experience for me for the first time. The girl I interact with was very great to deal with. He never fails to impress me and exceed my expectation. First time 7months ago I went she did a great job I walked out happy and satisfied.. Went back just the other day for the exact same hair due and walk out with different color patches in my hair left so unsatisfied never again will I go back to this place. The treat was so different this time went.. They just lost a customer for sure...
