Excellent service, Mrs. Rosa helped me, I went because of a problem with my taxes that were done incorrectly, Mrs. Rosa helped me correct them and explained to me in detail about all the errors and the amendments made.
Cozy, they make you feel like family, better service, they show importance to your refund, they explain any and all questions, they explain in detail the entire process of your refund, they take their time to serve you 100% I recommend it a thousand times, economical and just the service
I'm usually on top of things, but this year I procrastinated and before I new it the 2022 tax deadline was approaching. My tax guy didn't have any available appointments, so I google searched, income tax services office with a rating of 4+ stars and I found Franco Tax Service in Southgate. I am so glad that they were willing to squeeze me in for a last minute appointment. The staff was friendly, informative and extremely helpful. I can honestly say that I was so satisfied with their service that I plan on returning next year. A big thank you to Juan carlos and staff.
