My entire family has been coming to this business for years and they have always more than deserved our business. They go above and beyond helping with taxes as well as giving information and answering any and all questions about our taxes. My last visit was very satisfying to say the least. Yes around tax time this establishment does get busy (that says something about their business) and the wait may be a bit longer than other places but compared to other businesses this establishment owns their business with the compassion and effort they put into developing a relationship with each person they meet. Every year at tax time, I Visit Margarita Calderon, because she is one of the most helpful, and friendly women I ever encounter in L.A, (The capital of the rude customer service in America). Her son Fernando is following her good steps, and he prepares the taxes for my daughter Michelle. For the past 26 years, Margarita or her staff has prepare my personal and business taxes --and let me tell you-- that every time, I am pleased with the results. I can sleep comfortably thinking that I comply with the IRS Tax Laws, thanks to the experience Margarita and her son Fernando have as tax preparers.
