I was in the market for a new wireless rotary machine. I had the pleasure of having Francis help me. He was extremely knowledgeable of all the products he carries in addition to being very polite and fun to deal with. I purchased a Microbeau Flux Mini and I can’t wait to get it! I ordered numbing cream and spray. When I received the package I did get 2 tubes that were damaged (oozing) and I reached out and they sent me 2 replacements. Thank for that needle parlor! I do have to add that I live in Las Vegas so the weather might have played a roll but regardless they took care of me! And not to mention the cream worked so well, sat for 4 hours with no pain and just when it was starting to wear off I used the spray and didn't feel nothing, game changer for sure! I highly recommend this companies products!
