Everyone is so helpful and I like coming to this location. Today though Carlos made me very uncomfortable with the interaction at the register and then afterwards what I told him I have a pickup he told me to smile. It's just an interaction that I just don't want to have the future and especially to make any woman uncomfortable. Another thing is I did ask for my rewards and he rolled his eyes saying I only have a few dollars.
I’ve been coming to Ulta in Glendora for about three years now, and every time I walked in I was still searching for the right moisturizer. My skin is already oily, so when something doesn’t work, I feel it right away.
Today I went in to return another moisturizer because it was leaving my face very oily after I was told it was a water based with no oil. I honestly thought it was going to be the same cycle again, but then KEVIN came up to help me.

I really just want to review this one associate who is just a breath of fresh air. Her name is Lily and she is the sweetest, most helpful kindest and lovable person ever. The minute I walked into the door she made me feel so welcomed and helped me tremendously with what I was looking for. She took her time with me and she knew her stuff. But at the same time she really just wanted me to be happy without pushing anything on me. I honestly loved her, and wish that all sales associates were like her because it would make retail that much more of a better place. Thank you Lily, and don't ever change.
