“I was looking for a new hair cut place that was affordable for a "new me" and I decided to try this place. It didn't seem that busy but apparently it was? There are 2 hair stylists that work there. 1 primarily cuts men's hair. I was asked if I could come back in around an hour due to another appointment and that making an appointment was better. She was efficient in cutting my hair and REALLY REALLY washed my hair thoroughly. I loved my hair cut and also got lots of compliments. It grows out well as well. I'll definitely be going back.“

After reaching out for a consultation with Marti we had a phone call to discuss my hair needs and goals. In that phone call I instantly felt a connection as if I were talking with a longtime friend. Shortly after I sent her various inspiration photos and we were off and running. I really appreciate that Marti was all about establishing a relationship with me as a client and starting first with only a haircut appointment to ensure we were a good fit.

For my second appointment, we focused on color with foil balayage. Marti took her time, consulted with me for each step of the process, and did not rush me out the door. She brought my new color vision to life and I couldn't be happier!

I'm still in love with how it turned out, but what really stood out was how kind, friendly, and accommodating she was throughout my entire appointment. I was pregnant at the time and not feeling my best, but knew getting my hair done would give me the feel good boost I needed. Ronika went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. She offered me breaks whenever I needed them, made sure the chair was comfortable, and even checked if the smell of the shampoo and conditioner would be okay for my extra-sensitive pregnancy nose (a small detail, but it meant so much!). Stylist: Rudy has been my stylist for years and I haven't considered any one else to cut my hair. I have a very specific style I like for my hair and it can be difficult because of my head shape and how my hair grows in general. Rudy has perfected my cut in short time and has even found ways to improve the cut to be easier and quicker. I appreciate his grind and dedication to perfecting his craft and I truly recommend booking with him.“

I asked for a short, low maintenance summer haircut that I could put up into a ponytail because I need to put it up for sports and working out, and Traci delivered. You can tell she's incredibly skilled at what she does and she has a great eye for style. Two things I thought that made her stand out to me from other stylists is 1) she is honest about what she thinks will work and what won't and gives her best, most helpful opinion to ensure that the result is something that will work for you (some stylists will just let you do something to your hair that won't necessarily look good on you and just go with it), so ask for her opinion because it is valuable and 2) she spends extra time making sure your haircut is just perfect - which illustrates her dedication to excellence. Steven has made going to the hair salon a fun form of art and expression, and even more so, an act of self love… there hasn’t been a time where I’ve left this salon feeling anything less than AMAZING. We’ve gone from long, jet-black hair to a cute, short lob, and most recently, he brought my absolute dream blonde bob to life — something I was so hesitant to try because of previous hair struggles going lighter. “Theressa is amazing! I've been going to her for a few years, and even after moving out of the 626 area, I drive back to Theressa because I trust her artistry, attention to detail, care, and communication. She expertly understands the limits of hair and chemicals, and will be clear and honest with setting expectations based on hair condition. I went in not knowing exactly what I wanted, but with remnants of a perm and grown out single hair color from last year. I showed Theressa some ideas of what I wanted, and she guided me to find something my hair could handle -- which in this case was with a bit of bleach (too much would've damaged my hair), and a different color than I had in mind, but I think turned out better than the pictures I brought. Theressa is patient and really listened to me. She took care to analyze how the hair color would compliment my skin tone & how the cut would frame my face, and guided me through the entire process. She also gave me tips on how to style my hair for an upcoming event. Theressa's assistant Cindy was also so helpful, attentive & communicative!

“My hairstylist recommended Helen, and I'm so glad she did! During my consultation appointment, she explained everything to me thoroughly and patiently. My problem is that I have hair loss, and she is definitely the one to go to! She explained the options of what I can do to hopefully add volume to my hair and to start some regrowth. Her explanations were very thorough and she was honest in regard to all the pros and cons of various treatments. After going home and thinking about which treatment would be best for my situation, I decided to go with the Alma TED treatments. I have only had one treatment so far, but I was impressed with the care she took during the process. She was gentle and explained what she was doing every step of the way. It didn't take long at all!
