The work was done efficiently, as they finished 7 windows and 2 doors in only three days. They explained what was happening at each step. James, the owner, is an interesting fellow. He’s had quite a life in the window trade. Ask him to tell you his story. Jimmy, his son, managed the job efficiently and was pleasant to deal with. The rest of the crew was also easy to deal with. And they worked! They took a lunch break, but otherwise they just cranked out the job at a steady rate. They also cleaned up the work area at the end of each day.

Overall, it was a good experience working with them and I would be fine doing it again. And they introduced me to Firehouse Subs (a sandwich shop), which is pretty good, so that was an extra benefit!“
