Julianne at Harlo is a goddess. She is so extremely talented and professional and treats every strand of hair with care! After getting my hair colored by her I would never go anywhere else. She has such great vision and cares about the hair integrity above all.
If you go here ask for Julianne. She was detail oriented, took her time and gave me exactly what I wanted. The picture speaks for itself, I wanted a something subtle that would grow in nicely.
I'm so thrilled with the color and cut I got from Julianne at Harlo! She is truly outstanding at her craft and I highly recommend her for all of your color and hair styling needs! The salon is very relaxing and Julianne is so sweet- I feel pampered and beautiful after every visit there!
