Expert plumbing did exceptional expert work! From the initial call, my urgent situation was assessed accurately and scheduled right away for the afternoon. Reuben showed up at the beginning of the time slot and got straight to work. He was able to identify the work needed, and he provided a very fair estimate right there on the spot using his digital device and I was able to see the work associated costs easily so I signed right then and there. He did a quick parts and tool gathering from his work van and fixed the issue. I don't like the rating system but I admit I probably overreacted on my previous review. I felt that evaluating the line from the new toilette to the main line was part of the whole process and as the whole house plumbing had been already inspected that I didn't need to worry about the whole house plumbing. The other work they did was fine and I appologize for the snarky comment about the business name.
I thought my water heater wasn't working on a Saturday night and called Expert Plumbing Sunday morning. Incredibly they not only came to my house on a Sunday (with the next day a holiday) but did so in a couple of hours. Ariel, the repair man, helped me realize the heater was fine and that my "problem" was that I had mishandled the water control knob in my shower the night before. And Expert Plumbing was kind enough to charge me just their minimum fee even though Ariel spent time examining the water heater and helped me realize I was the one not working properly instead of the heater!
