Rob came to repair our 20+ year old Kenmore Elite washing machine yesterday (10/20/2025). It was shot. Parts and labor were more than buying a new machine. He is a straight shooter. He told us what was wrong, why it was not worth fixing and recommended getting a Whirlpool or one of the brands that are built by Whirlpool for another label as they last the longest, outside of buying a commercial machine at 4x the price. He is a wealth of knowledge and I would unhesitatingly recommend him for any large appliance repair.

Fantastic service. Robert and I discussed the issue, and he arrived with the right part, and after a couple confirmatory diagnostic tests he had our drier up and running again. Along the way he showed me ways to clean and maintain it, and even coached me through fixing my own dishwasher - which now works without rinsing! They were busy so I waited a week for the appointment… totally worth the wait. Highly recommend.

I’ve known Robert for at least 30 years. He and his wife are professional & provide exceptional service. Robert knows his stuff & will make time for you if you’re in a jam. When my parents retired here, I recommended Coastal Appliance & they were stoked to find someone trustworthy, super knowledgeable, kind, funny & honest! He goes the extra mile.
