I can't say enough positive things about Gatewood Heating & Air Conditioning! Their Service Technician Justin is beyond fantastic! He is extremely knowledgeable, has excellent people skills, explains things in detail, and is just a great guy! He truly was thinking about what was in our best interest. Also, McKenzie, who works in their office, is very friendly and goes above and beyond to be helpful! I highly recommend Gatewood Heating & Air Conditioning for all of your A/C and Heating needs! I had to get an “outside provider” for a dispute with my home warranty Old Republic. Gatewood came highly recommended, and for a reason. Very professional, knowledgeable and McKenzie who book’s appointments was very kind and patient with my situation. All very experienced and pleasant to work with.
