I worked in a private practice and Doug was our IT person. A place where personal Information and security is of utmost importance. Doug is professional and trustworthy. I used Doug for extracting personal information off an old personal computer. I don't know anyone else I would trust.

I have been a customer of Titan Technology Services for more than 12 years. As an emigrant from Silicon Valley, I was surprised to find such a high level of expertise and quality here in the Motherlode. Through the years, Doug and Milo have served me well with reconditioned laptops for my daughters and service on my home office computers. Recently, they renewed an old and beloved laptop by resuscitating the aged battery and replacing WINDOWS 7 with Linux operating system as the laptop will not support the current versions of WINDOWS. I was reluctant to make this change myself for fear of losing my old files. Milo made the change and protected all my original files.
