I needed a fix for my older MAC laptop...2 keys not working. Milo was there and went into detail about the issue of trying to fix this problem...opened up my laptop and showed me various things. After that he found a way to trouble shoot my problem, at least for opening it up to use it...once it is open, I can type 2 letters not broken and find what i need...spent a half hour with me...he was warm and friendly. Kudos to Milo...
I woke up, turned on my PC, the screen froze then went black. I called Titan and explained that I mainly use my PC to transfer music from my library to my mp3 player before going to the gym and have no internet service. Milo said bring it in. I dropped it off around noon and Milo called me back around 4pm having completed the repair. I was expecting at least a couple days of waiting so this was extraordinarily fast. Milo explained everything he tried before discovering the mysterious cause (which only an expert would have noticed). He probably saved me the cost of replacing the entire computer. Milo is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He let me know exactly what he was going to try and he made my computer work as well as it was working before it did an update that messed it up. Thank you Milo!!! And thank you Doug!!!
