I dropped into Sonora MMA for a gi class, and everyone was extremely welcoming and friendly. The facility is spacious and clean w 2 mat rooms and a large changing area. Professor Chris’ class was well organized, fun and a great workout. Everyone I rolled w was tough but controlled. I highly recommend!

I schedule a trial. class @ this location for my 11yr old son (jiu-jitsu) . The class is ran by professor Tom who performs a superlative job . He is a true teacher of the art . He has a simple detailed way of explaining to people of all ages . The environment is clean , the students are smart,respectful and willing to help . This is a asset to the community! Please give it a try super family friendly and this location won't let you down !

This is the best place in the area to get a great workout and learn martial arts. The people are all very encouraging and help you learn along the way. I would highly recommend this to everyone!
