Mono Way Veterinary Hospital: Gerich Lill DVM

I called yesterday, as my vet for my cat passed away last month, and asked if I could bring my cat in to get her nails trimmed. I got an appointment for this morning at 9am, and met Jillian, the Vet Tech, she was amazing. I previously with my other vet had to have my cat sedated to get her nails trimmed. Jillian understood my cat, as she is a calico she knew she may be difficult. She and another young man tech were able to gently put her in a towel and clip her nails without effort or incident. I cost me $23 which I thought was reasonable, and I was out of there by 9:20a.

Had a really good experience meeting the new vet. I did not have to wait too long for my appointment. Everyone on the staff is very kind, considerate and very responsive to my needs and concerns. Thank You Mono Way Vet!

Took Frankie in for her checkup and bordetella vaccine a couple of days ago. Everyone was very professional and friendly at check-in. I was thrilled to learn that Dr. Grasse was still there, and Frankie would be seeing her. She took excellent care of another one of my FOAC adoptees, eventually being the only one sufficiently tenacious enough to dig in and figure out why my little poodle was sick. Dr. Grasse is the best!My only suggestion for improvement is an aesthetic one: modernize the wait area, including new chairs and application of a good coat of paint. And maybe . . . open up the Groveland satellite clinic again.
