The office staff is very professional and the care is Top Notch! I left my last vet due to very unprofessional treatment of the scheduling staff. They actually do the billing for insurance and ALLWAYS CALL befor your appt! The Dr gives amazing education and explains everything! Im happy Happy dod mom!
I had a hard time getting my cat an emergency appt in town for his teeth. Live Oak was able to see him the same day I called and moved around staffing so he could have dental surgery the very next day. Dr. Webster is new, she’s wonderful, and you can tell she really loves animals! I am happy I was able to find her for my cat! They also called today (his surgery was yesterday) to check and make sure he’s eating and healing well. I’m very happy with the care we received. Everyone in the office was also very kind! Our previous Vet told me we would have to wait until the 15th to be seen. I wasn’t willing to wait that long and I’m so glad Live Oak was available!...read full review
I’ve lived in multiple states with multiple animals. I think this might be the first vet office I felt was trustworthy. Tailoring to our specific lifestyle and activities, rather than trying to sell any and every vaccine and medicine. The first time in years I didn’t have to argue for items to be removed from the treatment plan, as there was nothing unnecessary included. My pup even seemed content with the staff! Aside from the thermometer situation of course. Highly recommend!!!
