Had a really good experience meeting the new vet. I did not have to wait too long for my appointment. Everyone on the staff is very kind, considerate and very responsive to my needs and concerns. Thank You Mono Way Vet!

Took Frankie in for her checkup and bordetella vaccine a couple of days ago. Everyone was very professional and friendly at check-in. I was thrilled to learn that Dr. Grasse was still there, and Frankie would be seeing her. She took excellent care of another one of my FOAC adoptees, eventually being the only one sufficiently tenacious enough to dig in and figure out why my little poodle was sick. Dr. Grasse is the best!My only suggestion for improvement is an aesthetic one: modernize the wait area, including new chairs and application of a good coat of paint. And maybe . . . open up the Groveland satellite clinic again.

I have been using Mona Way veterinarian for quite a few years now. The kindness they have shown to my animals really means a lot to me. They called me when there was a cancellation and I was able to get my dog in sooner than later. Well, they can be very busy and hard to get an appointment. They are worth the wait, and thank you for all the kindness towards my animals.
