Efficient, thorough workmen installed new HVAC system on the date set and on time. Steve & Tyler carefully removed the old furnace from an awkward position, disposed of the old components, and neatly replaced them with an upgraded unit. I highly recommend them and Gatewood for their professionalism and communication skills.
Jason thoroughly analyzed a furnace problem at our rental property, and was able to fix it by cleaning the burners instead of the expensive valve replacement I was expecting. He also did a similar cleaning on a second furnace, and carefully checked it to be sure it was operating correctly. I can now sleep better knowing that our tenants will have reliable heat for the cold days ahead!
