Burton's truly went above and beyond for us! When our stove needed to be repaired just after our guests arrived for the weekend, they didn't hesitate to come out on a late Friday evening to make the repair. Zack from Burton's came out today to investigate the strange noises my oven was occasionally making. Much to my delight, the whooshing noise I was hearing was from a failing ignition part. Within minutes Zack replaced the old part with the new part. I had envisioned having to buy a new stove. Thank you, Zack, and Burton's for your great customer care.
