When I've tried other companies, the rugs never come out as clean. The service people are always professional, friendly, and efficient. They also give great advice for what to do--and not do!--when you spill something on the rug. I appreciate that there are always coupons on the website. I have used this company for over 10 years, and honestly their prices haven't changed much in that time...that is a real service to customers!

I was in a pinch. I was staying at a vacation rental and we had a mishap on the sofa and Matt was able to get me squeezed in. Eddie came by and was great to work with. Everyone was fantastic and professional
