It actually felt kinda relaxing being there, you know? walked in not sure what to expect but they explained everything really well and took care of it. i had this old couch that was pretty gross and it came back looking way better then I thought it would so thats a win
Would definately use them again if I need anything cleaned up since the price was fair and they didnt try to upsell me on a bunch of stuff

When I've tried other companies, the rugs never come out as clean. The service people are always professional, friendly, and efficient. They also give great advice for what to do--and not do!--when you spill something on the rug. I appreciate that there are always coupons on the website. I have used this company for over 10 years, and honestly their prices haven't changed much in that time...that is a real service to customers!
