The fitness factory is incredible. My family and I spent each morning on our vacation lifting here. It made me not want to go back to my home gym. Incredible place, absolutely worth a try.

I just completed a one month stay in Sonoma. The owner was very accommodating in providing me a one-month membership. This gym is “old school” great. Tons of space, free weights, and a wide variety of equipment. Serious, though friendly and helpful workout peeps. I look forward to returning on my next visit.

Got a day pass while visiting. This gym is way better than what I have at home! Really great equipment, kind staff, and wasn’t really busy on a Saturday morning. Would recommend to anyone on vacation who wants to get a quick lift in
