I LOVE Sonoma Sauna & Plunge. All the offerings are so helpful to my body. They allow me to RELAX, RECHARGE & RECUPERATE! I often start with an Infrared Sauna / Cold Plunge combo then head into a massage. The massage therapists are excellent and listen to what you are looking for that day. The ambiance is relaxing, comfortable and everyone there is friendly. I highly recommend trying all the offerings.
