My absolute favorite workout in Sonoma! It is the best full body workout that not only works the body but creates an incredible detox from the heat. The instructors are very well trained and deliver an exceptional experience. Highly recommend!

Great location and studio! Great vibe! Staff is awesome! I took a complimentary class in January with my daughter who is local and attends classes regularly. I visited again in June and took another class. This drop in class was $40. Both classes were IHP Inferno Pilates. Towels are not included, so be sure to bring one or two. Bring water, but the studio has water you can fill up with. Instructors were Betty and Stacy. Cannot say enough great things about them. I will tell you to plan on getting your butt kicked with these ladies!! You will not be sorry to take this class. I am considering relocating back to CA, and I will def attend classes. Great place and lovely owners! If you haven’t tried hot yoga before you gotta give it at least 30 days as you’ll be addicted to how it makes you feel. Nothing like it!
