Severson's was recommended to us and what a pleasant experience! Our heating system didn't seem to be putting out the warm air efficiently. The gentleman who came to check everything out was very knowledgeable and answered/explained our questions and "tweaked" a couple of things that instantly helped. We definitely recommend this heating and AC company! These guys know what they are doing!!
Extremely pleased with Severson. Had been dealing with another company and was getting nickeled and dimed and still had no heat after a couple weeks. As the furnace was 18 years old I went out for estimates to replace it. Dylan came out and instead of an upsell he said the current heater was in great condition and would probably last a lot more years. Asked Severson for a quote to replace the parts that typically fail (controller, heat sensor, limit switches) so they would not have to keep coming back for failed parts. My heater broke down the weekend before Thanksgiving. The technician came out on Monday found the problem and had the parts expedited. Came back the next day and fixed the problem and we had heat on the day before Thanksgiving. Excellent communications by the office and the technicians. Very professional experience.
