Pilates Sonoma

I have never enjoyed working out until I met Beverly, Perry and Pilates Sonoma. Each class is different so you aren't repeating the same moves every time. I felt stronger after just a few classes. Love this place!!!

Yesterday was my first time visiting this location & I felt completely comfortable and welcomed genuinely with open arms by both owners and the instructor. Now on day two and both classes were uniquely different but totally satisfying to my mind and body. The whole studio was clean, sharp looking with high ceilings that i love. It was a warm too days but never did I feel the heat from our Sonoma weather, I was comfortable the whole time. Im looking forward to growing my pilates skills here. Thank you ladies!!!

I am new to the area and tried the Pilates Pro class last Friday, taught by Jeanne-Louise. I have never been on a Fitformer before and loved it! I have done Pilates for many years (and I am an instructor) so I am a little particular. The class was challenging and interesting, and the hour flew by. Great cuing by Jeanne-Louise! The owners, Beverly and Perry, were very welcoming and Beverly spent extra time showing me around and explaining the classes and set up. The studio is so nice, a great space with everything you need! I will definitely be back!
