A normal plumber might have recommended replacing the entire line, which would have required removing and replacing a portion of the city sidewalk, a very large tree (roots and all), a section of fence and a concrete walkway - a job that could have taken weeks and cost several thousand dollars. Eddie, on the other hand, responded on the next business day, precisely located the leak just inside a large planter using Acoustic Leak Detection, dug a small hole and repaired the line in one day's work without disturbing anything else. Even better, the repair geometry provides for future "flex" in the line that should last years and years. Best of all, his invoice broke down every cost component and was eminently affordable. Eddie and his team of plumbers are extremely responsive and once on site are quick to determine the problem and then quick to present a resolution. We have used E.R. Plumbing and Line Locators for over 10 years for all our plumbing issues: leaks, new garbage disposal, new toilet parts, etc. and we find his pricing fair and the quality of the work EXCELLENT!

OMG Eddie at ER plumbing saved the day! We had had an underground leak for so long that we had thought for years that we had a small spring near our driveway. Well it turns out it was not a small spring and just recently it exploded into an entire hillside that was marshy. On the DAY BEFORE an out of state trip, I suddenly realized we had a massive underground water leak. Like MAJOR! It was 2 in the afternoon when we were leaving the next day at 3am. After a few unsuccessful phone calls, I managed to find ER Plumbing and called him and Eddie came RIGHT OUT within the hour! He promised to dig it up and deal with it all while we were gone, and he did! While we were driving 1200 miles, he came, dug it up, and fixed it, and buried it again, and it turned out to be a 10 gallon per minute leak! Very bad. The water bill came and it was $4275.00!! Anyway, I can't recommend Eddie at ER plumbing high enough, he really took care of our issue, even when we weren't around to help. I'm sorry the deer don't have a place to drink anymore, but it's a drought, and I can't afford the water! Haha thanks Eddie!!
