I would leave 10 stars if I could. I can not imagine a better heating professional than Excelsior. It was a night of massive rains it was 5:30 PM right on time. He did only fix my heater, he improved my heater, my thermostat, my filter and educated me with the knowledge for future care of the heater. His prices were fair, his attitude was great, his knowledge, and work ethic all were first rate. You will not find a better service technician than Drake.
