5/5 stars all the way! Our fan motor on our heating system went out over the holiday weekend (of course) and Casey answered right away. Though there were not techs available that day (100% understandable given the holiday) he offered to have space heaters dropped off (incredibly generous). Yesterday morning first thing Boden tech showed up, quickly diagnosed the issue and let us know he'd do everything possible to get the replacement part asap. I thought asap would mean a few days, BUT he took the time during a very busy day to find what we needed from a distributor that had just one left, had it overnighted and came back today to install the new fan motor. We had Boden come to our home to perform an inspection on our A/C and Heating units. The technicians were extremely professional and explained in detail what the inspection covered and what the results were. We will definitely use them in the future; highly recommend.

This is the first time we've used Boden and were quite pleased with the experience. We had a non-emergency issue with a toilet and a kitchen faucet. They scheduled someone to come out the next morning. In the meantime we managed to seize up our garbage disposal. When Greg arrived, he set to work dealing with all our problems. Within a couple of hours, we had a new toilet and a new disposal (both of which were in his truck) and the faucet problem was fixed. Highly recommended.
