I am extremely impressed with the quality of service this business provided. My point of contact was Ricardo (owners son) he is knowledgeable, fast, and has great attention to detail. This review is far overdue but...well. Pandemic and all. In February 2020, I urgently called Mr. Ruiz to request short-notice cleaning of upholstered furniture on which a pet had had a disastrous accident. Solidly booked himself, he called upon his son Ricardo (himself swamped with family matters, as it later turned out) to do the job right away. Ricardo and his excellent truck-mounted cleaning unit arrived within two hours of my call! He was so pleasant, truly a delightful young man. And WOW, did he ever do a terrific job with my older sofa & loveseat, renewing them to BETTER than "before accident" condition. Working after usual business hours, too.
