I have gone to this clicic for over 10 years and I’ve never seen their service this bad. I brought my daughter for her 6 month check up and they asked me to undress her for the physical. Keep in mind the room we were in was pretty cold and we waited for 2 hours for the doctor to come in. I also tried to make her an appointment for her 1 year check up and they said they didn’t have availability til August by then my daughter was going to be 15months and the receptionist belittled it by saying “she will only be 15 months by then.” I then tried to make myself a physical and they said they had no availability with a female provider til September, the receptionist… read full review
The soledad women's clinic is the worst place to go if your pregnant. They can never keep an appointment. They will not allow you to see the same doctor throughout your pregnancy. They schedule blood draws and then call you after and say they can't use the results because you came in to early, when THEY SCHEDULED the appointment. They will make you wait in a child room with no clothes on for an hour. They tell you its mandatory to come on a certain date for an ultra sound and you take a day off from work, then call you the day before and say they need to reschedule for another week not giving adequate time to arrange with your employer. I have been a patient here since I was a kid. Dr. Baltierra was my doctor way back then. I don’t know what happened to the quality of this clinic but it has gone way down hill. A lot of good doctors, PA’s and staff have left and it makes me wonder if it’s because of bad management. One of my complaints has more to do with the fact that nothing seems to have been upgraded.
