Here for my annual female appointment. Seen by Aaron. He is very thorough with questions and answers. Very professional. I felt comfortable with him. Staff very nice and made me feel welcomed. Easy check in process

This clinic is one of the worst clinic's ever not even worth your time. First of all the receptionist team don't work there just chatting all day leaving your files until Friday, if you need an appointment again they take so long to schedule won't call you back. Will put you on hold and hang up on you. Medical Assistant's are the same they don't review your file before going to meet you and you'll have to re-explain to them everything once again. Once your waiting for your Doctor there assistant is still outside figuring out your file and longer you have to wait there. People have to miss work due to overtime stay for an appointment. Not worth going.

Waiting times are ridiculous. They scheduled you at a time, but will call you in 2 hours later. They forget to send prescriptions to the pharmacy and there's way too many patients for only one provider there.
