I am so grateful a friend suggested Twin Waves Wellness for chiropractic care. It is a very different approach than traditional, crack your neck chiropracters. Instead, this gentle care provided by two incredible doctors is teaching me to heal my own nervous system and spine. The changes are gradual, but dramatic and long lasting. Dr. Suzanna Wong and Dr. Kira Capozzolo are so warm, knowledgeable, and supportive that I look forward to every visit. Mimi and Kaitlyn round out an amazing office and I always enjoy my time in the center. I can't recommend Twin Waves Wellness highly enough!
I didn't come to Twin Waves because I was searching for network care. I came because my therapist of over a decade recommended it after my mom passed away. I trusted her completely-so I didn't research it, and I didn't have expectations. I just knew I was exhausted and grieving and something had to change
Before care, my nervous system lived in survival mode. I had frequent panic attacks, chronic shallow breathing, migraines, and constant tension in my shoulders and upper back. My chiropractor recommended I consider Spinal Networking because my nervous system has been on overdrive for 18 yrs with dealing with long time cervical neck issues, pain and severe migraines. WOW. This technique is still new to me however I am definitely getting relief with my migraines. It’s amazing to see other patients and what wisdom they achieve in their care and what they share with others.
