Jen is amazing! I have practiced pilates with her for many years. She pays close attention to every detail. And is an expert in resolving physical challenges. Unlike the chain pilates studios, she watches your every move to ensure proper technique and safety. I highly recommend her.

Thanks to Jennifer's flexibility and hospitality I was able to join her morning pilates sessions for 3 1/2 weeks before going back to Europe. Her classes are fun and she challenges each participant individually. She cares and accommodates the exercises when needed. Her fun and positive attitude is motivating and makes each session up beat. Her dog is a mood calmer and just belongs to the studio. I would highly recommend this local gem of a place and I will be back for more sessions soon...
