I’ve been working out at Milagros since 2018 and it’s completely changed my life! I’ve tried so many ways to lose weight, and it’s always been such a failed experience and never for the long-term. When I had my first training session at Milagros, they created a realistic lifestyle change for me that I’ve consistently been doing and love! The weight has stayed off, and now I have muscle tone and endless energy which I’ve never had before. The facility is immaculate! I love how close it is to the beach, and all the trainers encourage you and are so much fun!Try Milagros, you too will see the life change!
I started working out at this gym not too long ago and am already seeing results. Not having much of a workout history and not wanting to be working out in front of a lot of people in a gym are some of the top reasons I chose Milagros to begin with. I initially contacted Milagros to discuss the feasibility of obtaining some fitness goals I have in a short time-frame. I am getting married in October and want to tone up, fast! This is a high quality personal training center, by appointment only, not a crowded gym.It is clean and bright, very welcoming.The owner, Marcus, has been in business here for decades and really knows what he is doing.After my doctor prescribed weight training for me, I searched online where I saw Milagros, among other places. I drove over to see it for myself and was impressed.After an introductory phone call and an introductory session, I signed up.Thrilled with the training and my progress!
