Booked a spur of the moment Reflexology massage and when asked for a time, was told to come on in now.
So very glad I did. Wasn’t sure what to expect I get regular monthly massages for years. This massage was pretty much full body and was amazing. I felt rejuvenated and soreness in one ankle and knee (from previous injury) felt so good and soreness is gone. Highly recommend and I might even get another one before I head home this weekend. Thank you Grotto Spa.

Yesterday my wife took me to try this new place, where the people who attended were very friendly. In discussion of the couple massage service, the man who worked on me was very good, focusing on the parts that I mention and with the ideal intensity. But on the other hand, my wife was having a really bad time. Her masseuse didn't speak any English and when my wife told her to stop or NO in that region of the body, she continued doing the same thing, and she just jept uncomfortably laughing would not call someone to help him translate as my eife suggested. I have been going to Grotto Spa ever since they were open on Cedros. Love the new location with lots of parking and the service is amazing.... So happy they are still in Solana Beach.
