Many thanks to to another customer who reached out to message me. Nick D passed on May 15, 2022. I'm so sorry for his family and can't imagine the pain of their sudden loss. Unfortunately the business has not been able to put a notice on their website or social media accounts. I was able to call the company that made my fan and will seek help for my issue through them directly. My fan is an Airscape and their website shows no other certified installer for this brand in my area - the product has a great warranty though so I'm sure we'll get it sorted out.

Quoted me two different fans, but was very upset when I chose the cheaper one. Tried to tell me the manufacturer was unreliable and would probably go out of business, this from a "dealer"?!? Found out from the manufacturer he was not even on their dealer list. Strange way to do biz... question everything and do your research.

I have a unique house that was in desperate needs of an exhaust fan, but don't have an attic. Nick came out and made a plan to use a space big enough to install the whole house fan. It works great. The house is more comfortable, the fan is quiet, and you can't even tell it's there. Nick's installers were on time, competent, and clean. Start to finish 10/10.
